CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that, occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from showing up for your Reservation as initially planned. Unless otherwise stated, we or the Restaurant reserve the right to cancel your Reservation if you do not check in within fifteen (15) minutes after your Reservation time.
A cancellation in such a manner or a complete failure to show up for your Reservation, may be considered a “no show” (“No Show”). No Shows are associated with your Account, and we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your ability to use the Services, including without limitation for the purpose of making Reservations, if you have an excessive amount of No Shows, as determined in Resy’s reasonable discretion.
By using the Services, you agree that all final determinations regarding No Shows will be made by Resy in our reasonable discretion. If you believe a No Show has been linked to your Account erroneously, you may dispute it by contacting us at help@resy.com.
No Shows may also result in cancellation fees being charged by the Restaurant or forfeiture of any Reservation pre-payment]. Furthermore, some Restaurants may require you to provide advance notice of a Reservation cancellation in accordance with the Restaurant’s cancellation policy.
Restaurant policies about cancellation timing and fees will be viewable on the reservation page before you book your Reservation, as well as in the Reservation confirmation notification.
To avoid being charged a cancellation fee or forfeiting your right to receive a refund of your prepaid Reservation, we recommend you adhere to the Restaurant’s cancellation policy.
If you dispute any No-Show designation, cancellation fee, or non-refunded prepayment, please contact the relevant Restaurant to reconcile such dispute.
Resy is not responsible for the decisions or actions taken by the Restaurant in connection with any of the foregoing disputes.
